Fortuna

Oggi mi sento una privilegiata.

Today I feel like a favored.

Questa mattina sono stata a camminare.

Lo faccio ogni mattina non potendo fare sport alla sera.

Vado a camminare in campagna, in mezzo alla natura.

This morning I was walking.

 I do this every morning becouse I'm not able to play sports in the evening.

 I go walking in the countryside, surrounded by nature.

Sono rientrata a casa e mi sono occupata dei lavori nell'orto.

I came at home and I started to work in the vegetable garden.

Dopo aver piantato insalata, innaffiato e liberato le piante dalle 

erbe infestanti, mi sono dedicata ad un piccolo lavoro di recupero.

After planting salad, watered and released the plants from weeds, 

I am dedicated to a small project to recovery.

Finchè facevo tutto questo pensavo a quando lavoravo in ufficio.

Guardavo fuori dalla finestra e pensavo

a quanto mi sarebbe piaciuto essere altrove.

Adesso che i miei figli sono più grandi,

devo proprio ritenermi fortunata a poter

vivere in questo modo!

While I'm doing this I thought of when I worked in the office.

 I looked out the window and I thought that I would like to be elsewhere.

 Now my children are older and

 I really think that I'm lucky to be able  to live in this way!

 I also wish you to realize your dreams!
